+1  for effort. but this is not a web banner more of a log in screen. and it is also very easy to do. looks very amaturish. top right you can see that was just pasted in. can still see the "square" shape of the paste. and very pixelated.

also on a side note. I would not worry about a banner for now due to Unholy thinking of renaming the server. So like the banner I made anything with the Universalx name/logo would be a waste of time to make and then have to make a new one with the new name of the client.
